Diagnostics
Four pieces of work, all aimed at how a ritual returns
We do not sell access to software. We read the events you already keep, draw a habit canvas, and cut cohorts that match the cadence of the product — daily stretch, sunset fast, weekly drill, clinic circuit.
-
Usual starting point
Retention diagnostic
A two-to-three-week reading of how people in a habit product come back after the first completed ritual — not after the install.
-
Cohort construction workshop
A half-day or full-day session in which your team cuts cohorts that match the habit cycle, using your own event glossary on paper before anyone opens a spreadsheet.
-
Habit-loop review
A focused pass over cue, routine, and reward in your logging: which events never fire for returning people, and which fire so often they drown the ritual.
-
Standing retention advisory
Monthly working sessions after a diagnostic, reading new cohorts, festival weeks, and experiment windows against the canvas you already have.
What we will not take
Marketplace apps, content feeds, and anything whose “habit” is really a shopping loop belong with a different kind of analyst. We also decline live production access and any export that still carries names, emails, or raw device identifiers. If you are unsure, send the ritual in one sentence; the first reply is still free of a fee.
